With an adorable factor that's off the charts, this little fairy spreads happiness all around. A native of water dragon isle, she's no stranger to sweet dreams and pastel colors. However, she proves to be a more worthy asset in battle than you may imagine.

Recruitment
Agree to find the Hydra Humour to help Kid. While in the Hydra Marshes (Home World), Razzly will be locked in a cage in a room with a large octopus. Defeat it and save her to get her to join you. If you choose to not help Kid, Razzly won't be available.
