A strange creature that has been locked up in Luccia's lab in Viper Manor for an indeterminable amount of time. A 'guinea pig' of sorts for Luccia, Pip is able to evolve into various forms. Though he's been locked up his entire life, Pip remains cheerful. His dream is to see the rest of the world, outside of his cage. Eventually he meets up with Serge and company and his dream comes true.

Recruitment
You'll first meet Pip upon entering Luccia's lab during your infiltration of Viper Manor in Another World. While there, do as he requests and unlock his cage. Later on, you'll see him in the lower deck of the S.S. Invincible running around. When you catch up to him, he'll join you.
