Recruitment By stealing the egg in question from the Dodo's nest in Another World's Fossil Valley, you're halfway there. When you reach the elevator in Fort Dragonia (Home World), instead of going up as usual, go down and place the egg in the incubator. When you return later on, check the egg and it should hatch, revealing Draggy.
